Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 2–3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Estimated delivery after dispatch

• United States: 7–15 business days
• Canada: 8–18 business days
• United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
• Australia: 8–18 business days
• New Zealand: 10–20 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspections, carrier delays, severe weather, remote-area delivery, and peak seasons can extend delivery times.

Shipping charges and tracking

Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout before payment. Tracking information will be emailed when available. Tracking may take several days to update after dispatch.

Customs and taxes

Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on the destination and local law. Unless checkout states otherwise, the customer is responsible for these charges.

Address changes and delivery issues

Contact us as soon as possible if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after processing begins. For a package marked delivered but not received, first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier, then contact us so we can assist.
